I bought the shampoo and conditioner. My hair is so dry now I think it damaged it for good. And I lost so much hair.

It really works. Most products weigh down my hair or make it even more dry. But THIS. This stuff works. Soft. Moisturized curls.

I bought this shampoo over a month ago having high hopes and it's absolutely horrible. I use the shampoo and conditioner and it makes my hair so dry and feels so gross. I hate to throw it away, but it's awful. I'm also losing a lot more hair using this. Would not recommend. You're better off buying literally anything else before trying this.

I used a protein based smoother on my hair which is maintained by sulphate free shampoo. Actually I had been having sulphate problems for a while. This is a very mild gentle shampoo that lends itself well to scalp massage too.

I used and loved Pantene shampoo LONG ago, but haven't used it for over 30 years. I was killing time at the drugstore the other day and saw the Rose Water shampoo and decided to give it a try. I normally use really expensive shampoo, and my standards are high, but I was drawn to my historical favorite (and I love rose water - so soothing!). Well, I love this shampoo! I often have an itchy scalp, even with my fancy and very pure shampoos, but this shampoo is not only soothing, my hair feels soft and it's shiny and beautiful! Thank you Pantene! I'm not a big beauty person I kinda do the bare minimum for everything. My hair is super damaged lately and my sister got me some really fancy shampoo/conditioner that is really good but super expensive. I got this as an impulse buy at checkout lol and after one wash saw a major change to my hair. I'm impressed. And it smells really nice without being obnoxious.

i got this shampoo and conditioner pair and had expected them to be a good bit better than the traditional pantene products. i have thick, wavy, course hair and wash it around 3 times a week. though the individual hairs are course, my hair is normally pretty soft and smooth when i take care of it. i've gone through all the conditioner and most the shampoo, and my entire head of hair is wirey beyond belief now. it's never been like this. i always let the conditioner sit for a couple minutes while in the shower and when i wash it out my hair is still so tangled. with almost any other conditioner, my fingers easily glide through my hair after it sits a couple minutes. overall it made the individual hairs look SLIGHTLY more shiny, but the texture is horrid, and the middle back of my scalp seems like it's losing hair so much faster. i don't even rly feel it when i accidentally pull one out.. it's like the follicles are barely even in my scalp anymore. and on top of that, the hairs that are there in the back middle of my scalp are suddenly crazy short. like baby hair length but feel like a thin metal zig zaggy wire. the picture of one strand of hair that i pulled out is an example of what most strands look like now. i'm 19 years old for reference, my hair shouldn't be feeling like this.

I wanted to try this because it doesn't have sulfites. I never expected it to be better than all of the expensive salon products I've tried. Pantene nailed it with this amazing product!

I bought after reading about how it made people's hair soft. Used three times to give it a fair chance my hair was drier using these. I went back to suave almond oil shampoo and conditioner

I loathe conditioner. I mean, hate it with the fire of a thousand suns. My hair is baby-fine and tangles insanely. I've spent so much money trying to find a good one, from the unbelievably pricey to cheaper versions. All had the same result, no matter how much I used, or how well I rinsed. Hair that initially looked/felt okay, but later on had a sticky/gummy/weighted down feel. Just absolutely disgusting. I picked up a travel version of this simply because I like the scent of roses. I had very little hope that it would do much for my hair. Hate to use tired clichés, but it has been truly life-changing. My hair feels thick, silky, zero tangles. Best of all, no gummy residue, even the next day! A cosmetic chemist I watch online states that bis-aminopropyl dimethicone is a good silicone that doesn't add weight or make the hair feel dirty. I checked the ingredients list, & that it what this miracle contains. Finally!! I think I know what my hair wants and needs. In conclusion to my novel, please never change the formulation. It may not work for everyone, but it has made me a delighted human being who loves her previously icky hair.
