I'm very disappointed that the original sensitive 'S' toothbrush head has been discontinued! The S2 is too soft. Makes me wonder if it will remove the biofilm that builds up on teeth. My periodontist recommended the original S toothbrush head. Now I have instructions to use CocoLabs' toothbrush head since the Phillips S has been discontinued. Please consider manufacturing the S toothbrush head again!

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

I've only been using the new S2 for a few weeks and now the flashing toothbrush symbol is lighting up. What's with that? Also, the button to turn the brush on or off is stuck so hard I can barely turn it on. What's with that? Overall, I am not happy with your products.

The brush head on this new "S2" version is WAY TOO SMALL. S2 is ~25% smaller than the original S! Please bring back the original "S" for sensitive teeth.

I usually get what I assume are regular brush heads, but saw these and thought maybe they were worth a go with my sensitive teeth. I just tried it for the first time and definitely don't like these. The brush won't go any stronger than the lowest setting and my teeth are not clean. It's too bad I got a four pack, I'm not dealing with this for a year, so now I get to buy a new pack of a different kind and never use these, great use of money.

scratchy gums

Disappointed, bristles not as gentle as expected and the design means the angled tip feels sharp on the gums when used. I thought it might be just the first one in the pack that was a bit defective, but the second was the same. So I won't re-order but will stick to my previous medium bristled brushheads which don't scratch the gums.
