So refreshing!!

So far I love this. I was buying so much bottled water that I decided to invest in a Brita. I'm so glad I did. The water is nice and clean and refreshing now. My question is: do I have to run water through the picture two times every time I put a new filter in? I'm not sure what everybody's comp...

Poor design.

My old trusty brita 6 cup pitcher (which served me well for many years) developed a crack down the front and began leaking badly. I bought your Denali Brita pitcher (black) about one month ago, and expected it to be as good as it's predecessor. BOY WAS I WRONG!!! It filters the water as expected, bu...

Great filters, but faulty change indicator

Although I really like the size of this Brita filter, the change indicator was faulty and would not reset after the first filter change, despite many attempts. It still works well as a pitcher with filter, but there is no automatic change indicator so I'm left guessing when to change the filters.

It was really good up until now. I've had the Denali version for about 2-3 months and now the green light on the reset button won't stop blinking so I assumed I needed a new filter so I went and bought one but nothing changed. This is annoying and I can't find a solution

Had this model for 6 months now and am very happy with it! The filter life reminder works well and let me know it was time to change filter! I switched up to the premium filter and it is all good!

Disappointing the Pitcher cracked at the seam!

I used this pitcher for 2 - 3 months and the plastic split at the seam and water leaked from it so I had to throw it away. I now have 12 filters with no pitcher to use them in. I am very disappointed in this product as I bought it for use in an RV and truly need the ability to filter the water from these resorts.

I bought this pitcher 2 months ago. The filter reset light blinked red after first fill. I reset it twice and gave up. About a month later it flashed green. I bought the elite filter for better taste. Now the pitcher has a crack in the bottom. I never dropped it. Luckily I was able to find an old brita pitcher which seems to work

received for Christmas as a gift. Opened up, read the instructions (I have never had a BRITA before), followed everything in set up, by the third fill and dump there was water all over the counter. The seam along the front is not sealed so can not be used. I just need the actual pitcher part replaced lid and reservoir are brand new

I have used Brita water pitchers for longer than I can recall. I live in a town where the tap water is safe to drink but does not taste good. A Brita pitcher has been a good solution for us. This new design is junk. It allows unfiltered water to leak down the sides of the filter, which is enough to give the "filtered" water that unpleasant tap water flavor. I should have never thrown out my old pitcher.

My old trusty brita 6 cup pitcher (which served me well for many years) developed a crack down the front and began leaking badly. I bought your Denali Brita pitcher (black) about one month ago, and expected it to be as good as it's predecessor. BOY WAS I WRONG!!! It filters the water as expected, but every time I try to pour water into a glass, water pours out from everywhere. It flows from the spout and from around the reservoir and from the flap on the top where you're supposed to pour water INTO the pitcher. The first time I used the pitcher my arm also got soaked because when I tilted the pitcher slightly back, water came out of the back of the flap and poured down the handle. Not what I expected from Brita. I have used your pitchers for at least 20 years and they have always been great. Whoever approved the design of the Denali needs to go back to the drawing board and try again. I continue to use the pitcher taking precautions to tightly wrap a towel all around it to sop up the inevitable spills and to keep the flap from flipping open. AS FOR THAT FLAP!!! It is a very flimsy attachment and will probably break off before long. I'll deal with that when it happens.
