Hate the new formula!
I agree with everyone! I have used Pantene Curls mousse for many years. It was the only one that worked on my thick frizzy hair. They changed it, and I hate it! It made my hair course and extremely frizzy! I've bought two other brands to try, and hope one of them come close to the old Pantene mousse...

Best shampoo!
I thought pantene was bad until just recently and using this shampoo along with the rescue conditioner has made me into a pantene user for life! Best duo ever!
Worst mousse i've ever tried
I bought this and it was HORRIBLE my curls felt dried out and weighed down and WARNING THIS MOUSSE HAS PARABENS STAY AWAY
Stripped my hair color
I used this because it said it wouldn't strip color. I call BS. I watched my beautiful color go down the drain!
Why is my volumizer clear shampoo turning cloudy
Is there something wrong with the volumizer shampoo clear volumizer that's turning cloudy. should I return it? It hasn't been frozen and hasn't been exposed to any cold. There should be no reason that it's gone cloudy as I can understand it. doesn't make sense to me. I've used clear volumizing for years & this has never happened before. Should I throw it away or return it? I hope it doesn't damage my hair

I've been using this mousse for a few years and love it. It leaves my 3a-b curls soft and controls frizz. Best of all — it washes out without using shampoo. Poo free for years and I love it.
Works well on my curly, unruly hair
Great product, works well on my dry, coarse, curly hair. Much better than other expensive brands.
Bring back original formula
I used the curly mousse for literally decades. Then they changed the formula and it's awful. Pantene thinks they can trick us by giving "influencers" free product to say it's good. The company clearly doesn't care about actual customers. I do still miss the original formula, which actually worked really well. What they have now is just a sticky mess that makes my hair frizzy. If you ever respect is enough to give us back the product we like, let us know.
LOVE IT!!
After losing my hair to chemo, and then the stress of losing my husband, my naturally fine hair was thinner than ever. I tried many products over the last 3 years, but immediately felt the difference with this one. After 6 months of use my hair is finally actually getting LONGER and appears thicker. Thank you Pantene for helping to make me feel human again.
Why is my new (2024) bottle of Sheer Volume cloudy
My husband loves this shampoo and uses it daily. The brand new bottle has very cloudy contents, and the previous ones have been clear. The ingredients list is the same. Is the shampoo safe or do I need to return it?
Better than High End!
I am so thankful for Abbey Yung for recommending this shampoo! I literally cannot stop touching my hair! It is so soft, and voluminous! It lathers sooo good on the first application. I usually have to go in a second time to get that good a lather! I have been using more expensive shampoos for years.. but no more! this is a thousand times better, and a lot less expensive!
