Changing a skeptic

I'm a diehard manual toothbrush user and haven't ever wanted to use an electric because why change what works? But this does seem to work and I am beginning to see why so many people like it. These always looked so bulky and heavy, but this one isn't. It's practically effortless to use. And it makes...

Who has a USB in their bathroom?!?

This is my third sonicare toothbrush. I love the brushes but wow, it was a surprise to find the charger is a USB instead of a plug for "sustainability". Who that that was a good idea??? If I didn't have the charger from my last brush, I'd be retuning this. I'm not plugging in my toothbrush in my of...

Excellent product that is working better than expected! The gadget stays charged and the brushes remove all residue from the surface and between the teeth. The brush head is the perfect tension for the removal of residue but doesn't damage the gum surface. The ability to reach areas between the teeth and remove debris has improved using this product.

I purchased this product in early December 2025 and immediately charged the toothbrush. As of today, January 18th, I have yet to recharge the battery. I also like the slim design as it fits comfortably in my hand while brushing my teeth. It also has a nice feature that will cause the unit to give a gentle beep when I'm brushing too hard.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

Sleek and easy to handle. Like the bleep every 30 seconds. Do not understand holding at 90 degrees?

Compared to the two previous 3100 toothbrushes (which stopped working in a short time, and i had to return), I love this 4100! This is even better than the sonicare toothbrush which I'd been using for years! .I recommend the 4100 wholeheartedly. Thank you!

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

I received this toothbrush as a replacement for a 4200 series brush that had quit working. I don't recommend it. it's a cheaply made product which charges via USB. No charger included. It literally has half the power of the 4200 model.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

The brush head could be larger and it could brush more aggressive.

There is an issue with the switch. Sometimes you press it & the brush head doesn't move, you press in another location and it will oscillate like it should.

I did not realize when I purchased this model that is was an older model. I went to look for replace brushes and had a hard time knowing which ones were compatible. It seems to queen fine although feels weak between the brush and the base that you hold on to. The brush doesn't feel like has secure contact with the base, as there is a little bit of a gap between them. I had higher hopes.

I love the sonic toothbrush because the amount of time in between charging. I like the size of the toothbrush heads. Also, the free AC adapter and the timely delivery of the product.
