I love this new model. I had a similar one for about 8 years and it just wore out. I like that the new model is smaller, a little lighter in weight and has two settings for brushing.

Replacement for my former Sonicare which slowed to almost a halt. Researched others and purchased this one due to reviews about it being quieter than most and efficient. Appreciate its timers, efficiency, quietness, and sleeker design. Highly recommend this model.

Cleans well. Ticklish feeling is uncomfortable. May be hard on receeding gums.

Had Oral B this brush goes in between your teeth and cleans hardly using flossing

The follow up to my calls concerning broken Sonic 41 toothbrush was nonexistent . I received a replacement but it is a 3100 model . Since I had purchased another 4100 in the interim have decided not to pursue this further. Representatives were very professional and helpful but the execution of replacing the broken item was poor. You need to fix this.

It's perfect in almost every way except, for me, I would like to see the actual brush a bit larger.

pass on this … brush head to small, extreme discomfort while brushing, long time runs while brushing

Works about the same as my previous toothbrush but using different heads (C2 instead of G2).
