Sometimes change is a bad idea.
This hairspray leaves a sticky residue on my hands, does not spray, it spits, and overall does a poor job as compared to what was sold previously.

Not the same quality product!
I have used Pantene Pro-V non-aerosol hairspray "Extra Strong Hold - Level 4" in the gold and white bottle for years and loved it. You recently changed the design/bottle and I am so disappointed in the new product. I thought I was buying the same product, just a new look, but the new version does not hold as well and leaves hair very wet when sprayed. I still have a bottle of my original product and compared the 2 - definitely not the same hold or feel. Why would you change a perfectly good product? IS the old formula still available? If it is, please tell me what the new equivalent is to Pro-V hairspray Extra Strong Hold Builds Volume - Level 4. If I can't find a better equivalent...unfortunately, I'll be looking at changing brands to find something I actually like.
"Extra strong hold"was great/Strong Hold is awful
Not sure why you changed the product, but the new one is difficult to spray, very uneven. It is sticky and dries very hard. Can't comb through or manage. Leaves hair looking terrible.
Terrible bottle/pump design
I have purchased and returned three of these pump style bottles. Every one of them has awful spray mechanisms. I feel like I am totally covered in the spray after one push of the sprayer. I have returned two of them hoping to get a better sprayer/nozzle. I have rewind one sprayer nozzle trying to adjust the opening so it would spray out in a fine mist. This current design sprays huge droplets instead of a fine mist. I absolutely despise these types of sprayers or nozzles for hairspray. Please bring back the large cans of aerosol spray!!
Can't use this Pantene Finish hair spray
First, I needed hot water to remove the cap; secondly, the only way it works if I use both hands and then it's just a poor sprinkle
Terrible...
I have been using Pantene Strong Hold Hairspray for many years. It has always worked so well on my hair. I noticed they recently changed the "look" of the bottle and ever since this change, it doesn't feel the same as it always was. It feels like it does not dry after applying and leaves my hair feeling wet and flat. It looks awful and it is NOT the same anymore. I am so disgusted . This was always such a great product. Please stop changing your best products. Now I'm going to have to look for another hairspray. Sorry, but you lost a long time customer.

Like this product but no one has the spray in stock. I cannot even order it. If you have discontinued this product PLEASE tell me so I can start shopping for a new one. I hate aerosol sprays. Prefer the pump application
