I started using LOreal True Match 5W about eight months ago and I love it! I am Spanish with Asian descent, so my skin has a little yellow undertone and its hard to get a perfect color, but True Match has soooo many shades that I was able to find the perfect one! I used to mix 2 to 3 different shades of Physicians Formula to find a good color, but now I only have to use one shade of True Match! I wear it to the office every day and it stays on all day. It goes on smoothly and covers my small freckles with a little extra foundation around that area. I am VERY pleased with this product and I highly recommend it.

The foundation was light to use, not cakey and it was easy to apply. Once on it stayed on and there was very little transfer. Great product as it doesn't run if your face gets wet on the rain.

I haven't used this foundation for long enough to see the results of any skincare benefits or improvements to my skin overall. I do like the creamy, lotion texture of this foundation which is very easy to work with and apply onto the skin whether using a brush or sponge. I noticed that this foundation has some very fine gold particles running through the foundation in the bottle. This shade 5.5.D/5.5.W has less gold particles than 6.D/6.W and they appear to look finer inside the bottle. Once the foundation is applied to the the skin no gold sheen is there so don't worry about any particles settling into pores or fine lines. This foundation has a medium coverage and feels light on the skin so is ideal if you don't want something too heavy. The hyaluronic acid seemed to plump up my skin very subtly so that pores and texture appeared less pronounced but it didn't leave me looking a decade younger. I set with powder and it lasted well but it did settle a little near my under-eye area after a few hours. Overall a good product at a reasonable price.

The foundation is runny and a little goes a long way. It's not completely matte, but it lasts whole day with a little touchup throughout the day. I love this foundation and I think it's suitable for both dry skin and oily skin.

Unfortunately the shade was too dark for me so difficult to review. Nice texture though.

This foundation is great and pairs so well with my infallible more than concealer. I put my foundation on first all over with my beauty blender, then apply the concealer under my eyes and on my forehead and it blends in seamlessly. The foundation is quite a light but very moisturising formular and lasts all day. Lovely for the summer!

This foundation gives a really coverage. Light to medium coverage but buildable. It has a really watery consistency which makes it really easy to blend. The shade number 55 Golden Sun matched perfectly with my skin! I was really surprised as I've never found a foundation shade that matches so well. This left my skin looking so radiant. I have a really oily t-zone and this didn't get too oily throughout the day. I didn't need to touch up with powder.

I was SUPER impressed with this foundation. I am a fan of drug-store brands but I normally always buy my foundation from very high end shops like Bobbi Brown. Usually I feel the quality is much better and the finish is superior. I feel it's something I don't mind investing £35+ on. This product has changed my mind now. I tried it on one side of my face and the more expensive foundation on the other. At first "Golden Sun" seemed a tad warm for my winter skin (I tan easily in the summer) but once I blended it in and it had a chance to sink in, honestly, the difference between the two sides of my face were completely imperceptible. The Bobbi Brown felt slightly more moisturising and had slightly more staying power but the initial finish was identical: smooth, radiant looking and really natural while offering good coverage. I am really impressed and will definitely look for this again the next time I run out. It's not exactly as good as the higher end product but for a product around a third of its price I think it represents amazing value for money.
