It is apparent that there has been a change in the recipe and unfortunately we will no longer be purchasing superburger if it is not changed back. This is disappointing as we threw our meat away because of the taste and that we will no longer be buying the superburger we enjoyed for so many years.

It smells and tastes very different. I want to give you a 5 star rating, but hopefully you see this, and can confirm that something has been changed. And even more importantly, I hope you revert to the original recipe. Pretty please!

I reached out to the company to inquire as to whether this had been discontinued, or just late to store shelves. I am SO upset and annoyed that they have not responded to me. I'm in the customer service business and value good customer service, and feel Clubhouse could do a way better job in returning customer queries. 48 hours would be acceptable, but it's been about 2 weeks.
