Gluten free high protein!
Prior review criticized the size of the slices: I disagree! Two pieces is 69g, similar to typical bread, BUT: It is GLUTEN FREE and has PROTEIN and FIBRE!! I am always looking for opportunity to increase protein intake while adhering to my family's gluten-free diet, and this achieves both. The bread is excellent by gluten-free standards (It will never be normal "bread").
Purchase with caution
I excitedly purchased this bread as part of an online order. When I picked up my order I was shocked to discover the slices were only slightly larger than a playing card, if that.
