Behold, PC® Fish & Chips Stacks, our boldest bites yet, born from that perfect moment when you get the fish, the chips, and the sauce all together. A lightbulb: why settle when you can have it all stacked? To pull it off, each piece had to be carefully assembled by hand, starting with our sustainably sourced MSC-certified wild haddock. The chips became a nest of shoestring fries, woven to max out the most crunch per bite. Then, we built the dip right in, sandwiching our house-made tartar sauce for a zesty taste of briny brilliance.
