I was gifted the Face Glue Primer and Setting Spray duo via the NYX Makeup Addyx community but all opinions are honest. First of all, 10/10 for the packaging design!! But more importantly, the products themselves! They're not so sticky that it's uncomfortable to wear but they certainly hold your makeup in place and make it longer lasting, especially when paired together. So good!

I received this primer from the Makeupaddyx community and NYX in exchange for my honest review. This primer has amazing grip, it really does grip my make-up like glue!! It even looks like glue sith the white liquid. On application it does feel a little sticky, but this settles. I would recommend giving a couple of minutes before applying the rest of your make-up when using this primer. The face glue primer is easy enough to use. Just twist the top, squeeze the bottle and it's ready to use. I've not had any issues with how it sits underneath my foundation or blusher. There has been no piling or creasing. It also does not leave any white marks on my skin once I've rubbed it in. It hydrates my skin and does make my oily combination skin more oily or greasy. It's a great primer, whilst it is a little sticky to touch, once it settles it does become less sticky. It grips my make-up extremely well.

I tried the NYX The Face Glue Primer, and I have to say, it's a great option for long-lasting makeup wear. It has a hydrating formula with polyglutamic acid and maple syrup, which helps grip makeup without feeling overly sticky. I noticed it worked well for keeping my foundation in place all day, especially on my oily skin. However, it does have a slightly tacky feel, and I can see how it might settle into fine lines for some. Overall, if you need a strong-hold primer, this is definitely worth trying!

Kindly Gifted by Nyx what a lovely Primer. Much like the setting spray and its cute aesthetic looking like pva glue you'd use at school. It even looks like glue when you apply to the face. It's very hydrating and goes tacky enough to grip your makeup, combined with the setting spray. I would most definately repurchase.

Wow!! What a primer. I was a little weary of it at first as I have super oily skin, but can safely say this is brilliant for all skin types. Left my skin feeling hydrated all day and stuck my makeup down all day( like it was glued😏) super grippy to grip that makeup down and would highly recommend.

I enjoyed using this primer! It felt nice on the skin and very hydrating. Didn't pill under makeup which is always a bonus! Will continue testing

I have combination skin with the oily T zone and this product works well for me keeping my makeup looking matte and fresh.

Omg is all I have to say. This is brilliant, im beyond happy that I have been able to test this product. I have used it for all of my dance shows and it is fabulous! It moisturises my skin, leaves a great base to work on and also helps me keep my makeup all day even whilst dancing. This product is a must have with its cute packaging and its true effectiveness. I have already purchased a bottle for Christmas presents and will most definitely be restocking. MUSTHAVE!!
