Good but has a design issue
This is a very good mug overall. It has a good capacity and works well. I especially like that it gets narrower toward the bottom, so it fits nicely into a car cup holder. The one thing I don't understand is the ring at the bottom of the straw—I'm not sure what its purpose is. My biggest concern, though, is the vent on the lid. There is a small opening that you can open and close, but it is covered by a silicone/rubber piece that is very difficult to clean underneath. Moisture and residue can easily build up in that area, which can lead to mold and germs. There doesn't seem to be any practical way to properly clean that part. I think the design could have been better thought out from a hygiene and cleaning perspective. It's a shame because otherwise this is a really good mug.
