Disappointing burgers
I followed the procedure exactly BUT every time I cooked these they would become mushy on the grill and fall into chunks when I tried to turn them. Reading the INGREDIENTS EXPLAINS A lot BECAUSE second is "water" and then "tapioca starch". There are much better local turkey products here in SWOnt
Horrible
Patties liquefied while thawing on the grill. The. Stuck to the grill and broke apart into dry crumbly chunks when I tried to turn them. Would never buy them again. Absolutely DO Not recommend.
