"New" toilet paper is a rip off!! Less sq inches and it does not clean better you do not use less!

This TP tears off worse than any other I have ever used. It is also not cost effective, even their commercial support this, the roll size is the same but there is 30% less sheets.

Why do these wipes have to be next to impossible to remove from the package without tearing to pieces???

It used to irritate me that the old straight perforated sheets wouldn't tear on the joints consistently. Then they came out with the wavy perforations and it worked great. For a a few months. Now, the last 2 cases we bought don't even begin to tear on the perforations. We have always paid the additional price for Charmin, but that will change unless they figure this out. Probably just worn or misadjusted perforation equipment.

This is the only one I buy. I also like to buy in bulk when I can.

My husband and I have used Charmin for years. In the last few months, however, we have both experienced major skin irritation. It is to the point where when we sit on the toilet or have a bowel movement, the skin feels like it is tearing. Very uncomfortable. I have read that you bleach the wood pulp. Have you in the last few months increased the amount of bleach used in the manufacture of this product? Also, do you use formaldehyde (a known carcinogen) in the manufacturing process? If so, have you increased the amount of formaldehyde used to make Charmin? I will tell you right now that we will no longer buy Charmin and are switching to a bleach-free toilet paper.

It said it is soft and it not it is overly iratating.

The new "Push and Peel" for opening the package sucks. It's a pain, frustrating, and almost laughable trying to get into the package. Go back to what you had before. Otherwise, great product.

Please accept this note as a sign of a desire to be helpful We have been loyal Charmin TP customers for many years (perhaps decades). In all honesty, we have not used other products. Yet we have recently been disappointed. We began having serious concerns about how the paper tears. The wavy tear is not effective. It is NOT a smoother tear. It is just not as seamless as it used to be. Whoever approved this wavy tear should be demoted. As consumers, we need to rely on you. If it is not broken, please stop trying to fix a near-perfect product.
