Initially I was over the moon with this brush but I had an incident which somewhat sullied my initial enjoyment. I was brushing with it and one of the bristle groups fell apart leaving a bunch of loose bristles in my mouth, which was unpleasant. I spit them out and found a few more loose bristles ...

Defective new product.
DiamondClean brushheads fo clean better than others offered but Quality control is hit and miss. Upon first use there was a louder noise than normal. Upon closer examination, discovered there are cracks in the stem of the brushhead. The premium price I paid doesn't reflect the quality. See photos.

Best brush ever
It was an easy fit to the toothbrush. The brush is a great size and works really well. My dentist loves this brand too. I have been a fan for 10+ years and will never go back to manual brushing.
My older unit runs smoother and quiteter.
Never received the discount that was promised - was supposed to be credited to my account. Three phone calls and still no response. They have lost a customer.
Continued excellence of product and service
I have been using a SoniCare toothbrush for over 30 years. This purchase was to replenish my supply for the coming year. I am pleassed with the quality of the product, the ease of its use, the ;packaging, and the timely delivery.

I never got them in the mail. I was out the last two months and just returned back to work.

Appears to work better than my previous C1 heads and last longer. Will definitely will purchase again, just wish it came in a five (5) pack

A+ Dental Checkup
I have been using Sonicare toothbrush for over 25 yrs. My dental checkups have been A+ as per my dentist. The dental hygienist has told me that I have very little plaque and tartar thanks to my Sonicare! I would not use any other toothbrush.
