the new update is bad
the new shape the square box is totally a garbage. the lid is not working well so difficult to open it and the powder is not the same as the powder in the circle shape. can you fix what you did. otherwise I have to look for a new brand i have been using n1 true match color more than 15 years. but now i have to try a new brand. very mad regarding what you did
New formula is not for me
Please bring back the old formula! This used to be me favourite foundation and now it doesn't work at all. I am on the search for something new, sadly.

Last time I purchased I was surprised by the new packaging but even more surprised by how terrible the new version is. This used to be my go-to foundation but now it's absolutely terrible. It just kind of sits on my skin and accentuates all of my pores and imperfections. It also doesn't seem to apply as easily and ran out incredibly fast. I wish the old formula would return, but otherwise, I'll be looking for an alternative.

THIS NEW PRODUCT IS AWFUL!!!! This used to be my favorite powder for 10 YEARS, and now they have changed the formula and it is garbage. It's patchy, chalky, and no coverage. I am forced to find a new powder and will never ever buy the new formula ever again. Don't waste your money on this, I cry myself to sleep every night knowing that I will never be able to experience the old formula again. PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD POWDER!!!!
Like the product, but hate the new applicator
I have loved this powder for a long time, but they've recently changed the the applicator in the new square versions of this and I hate it. It used to be a round sponge that spread nicely and now it's a white cloud-looking thing that seems to wipe off product better than put it on. So frustrating that it's changed for the worst recently. Buy the round ones up while you can!
