Starting with yogurt and blended with cucumber, sea salt and garlic, our Tzatziki Yogurt Dip is as extra-creamy today as ever. We make it with these same simple ingredients as when we first introduced it almost 30 years ago (for real!). Keep some on hand to instantly transform and add a little oomph to an infinite array of dishes. For a classic favourite, partner it with Greek souvlaki or shawarma, or with cruditĂŠ. Expanding beyond these, try spreading some on your burger, and on toasted bagels with smoked salmon. Swirl tzatziki into soups for a creamy, rich garnish and serve with chicken fingers or cauliflower ‘wings’ for dipping.
