I have medium lengthy hair with curls , I usually have to use an anti frizz mousse right after shower to prevent frizz but with this filler there was no need . I liked that it was a spray and it was easy to apply with getting your hands wet. I used it with the shampoo and conditioner which was great . I loved the smell . It gave me volume and made my hair look fuller without mousse
