Healthy Protein Snack

I have been purchasing this product for many years now. I love it as a quick protein snack to help keep my blood sugar level balanced when I have a snack such as a couple of cookies, some potato chips and dip, or some popcorn with a bit of melted Becel. Using the UNSALTED Cashews is also better to help keep my blood pressure in check. The Cashews are tasty and a lot easier on the teeth than eating almonds or hazelnuts which are harder and not as easy to chew.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend
