Making me look forward to brushing!

Let me start by saying that before using the DiamondClean Smart I was not the best when it came to my oral care. I would always brush in the morning, but many times before bed I would be too tired, or forget. I knew I needed to make a change, and it turned out that this was exactly what I needed. ... From the moment the package arrived I was impressed. It came with everything you would need right in the box, and didn't require me to order anything extra to get started. Starting with how the product charges. I love the charging cup! It is very simple, and always makes sure that the tooth brush is charged without having to remember to plug it in. Plus unless you were really looking hard, you wouldn't even notice it is a charger. I also had the opportunity to travel with it, and the travel case is just as convenient. It has a place for everything you would need with you, and also makes charging a breeze. Moving on to everyday use. I can honestly say my mouth has never felt this clean after brushing (except after leaving the dentist). The brush has multiple cleaning modes, and each one focuses on a different goal. Depending on what you are looking for (deep clean, whitening, ect..) you pick your setting and the brush does the rest! Even if you don't want to choose a setting if you pick the brush head that corresponds to your needs, it will automatically pick the setting for you which is nice. The coolest feature is definitely the App. Setting it up is a breeze, and once you do it changes the game when it comes to brushing. The brush is set up to sync with the App while your brushing, and it monitors your brushing movements and shows you in real time what areas you need to focus on. It will also warn you if you are brushing to hard or fast, and will let you know when to move on the next part of your mouth. My favorite part is once your done it gives you chance to go back, and get all the areas you missed, and all this is very clearly shown through the app on a 3D model of your teeth. I actually look forward to when its time to brush now, its almost like a challenge to try to not miss any areas on my first attempt. Some other really nice features are that each mode has a preset timer, and even if you are not using the app it will still let you know when to move from each area in your mouth. Another feature I love is that is comes with a tongue scrubber, and once you attach that head it automatically knows and does a special 20 second mode to clean your tongue. I have noticed it has really helped with making my breath fresher. Overall this product exceeded my expectations, coming from someone who needed to get more serious about oral care, this has really made brushing fun. Having said that there are a few things I think could be improved. While the app is really useful I think that there are a few things that could be improved to make the user interface a little easier. It could also be really cool if for future models the brush could save any brushes that were done without the app, and download them at a later time. One last thing for some people might be the price. I received this as a free sample, but I could see how someone might think it is on the expensive side, but I would think more about it as an investment in your health. After using this for a week I can already see less plaque, my mouth feels better, my breath has been fresher longer, and most importantly I am not finding excuses not to brush, but actually I look forward to brushing. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs to get more serious about oral care, or anyone who is already serious and looking for the future of oral care.
