Worst conditioner I've ever used. My daughter and I share conditioner and shampoo so when we needed to get more my daughter picked this out because her aunt uses it. I used it 1x and literal clumps of my hair fell out during and after my shower! So alarming!! I cried because so much of my hair was coming out after using it

I've been using this conditioner for awhile, along with the shampoo and I really like it. The scent is amazing and last a few days. It doesn't condition as well as some others I've tried but it still gets the job done. I plan on continuing to use it.

I was skeptical about using this conditioner on my curly hair. I tried it…..and it does not disappoint! Smooth, nice hair is what I'm left with every time.

This conditioner did soften my hair but I did not like the smell. Plus, I kept having to use more than I typically use for conditioners. The conditioner was grey in color due to the black charcoal ingredient. I would not purchase this condtioner especially when there are so many other superior ones available.

I'm glad I got to try this product. I usually don't use conditioner on my scalp as it tends to make it oily but not this one. I don't have to leave it for too long so I don't have to be waiting for it to do its magic. It smells good and after using this with the shampoo I've noticed my hair growing faster and not much falling out as before.

With this product I had better luck than the shampoo, but it still did not provide the amount of moisture I am used to. I find this product to be heavy with proteins. So if your hair likes that then definitely try it!

Pleasantly surprised by how nourished my ends were after using the conditioner a couple times! I've always had rather dry ends no mater what oils or creams I've used! Would highly recommend!

I was beyond thrilled when I saw that Garnier came out with a new conditioner and that I was going to be able to test it out. The packaging is cute and visually appealing. The first thing I did when I received my sample was smell it. Nigella flower scent was pleasant, not strong nor over powering like some floral scents can be. The conditioner was thick but because I have thick hair, i needed more for better coverage. After two weeks of dedicated use I did notice my hair felt lighter and had a nice shine to it. I also observed it became more brittle and thinned out significantly. I would run my hands through my hair and handfuls would come out with it. I also noticed that if I didn't completely rinse off the run off conditioner from the walls/floor at the end of my shower, the charcoal would start to stain. Yikes! Extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this conditioner. However, if you're in the market for a great hair removal solution, this could be helpful.

This conditioner smells amazing and leaves my hair feeling so soft and strong. My hair has a shine to it now! I think it repaired a lot of my damaged ends because my hair does not tangle anymore. I love it!!

I loved the smell of the granite black nigella conditioner. The feel it gave my hair when in the shower was different than other conditioners. It didn't lather as much and felt sleek. However after I came out of the shower it was very easy to comb my hair and little to no frizz.
