The tape broke and it's impossible to get the device open to even try fixing it! Wite-out works, but not like this!

Granted, this is a great idea. However, The design Sucks!!! Do not waste your money! I have tried several of these, hoping they fixed the design flaw that helps the correction, tape stay tight so that it would flow properly. They have not and so far anything that has been tried, has not worked to fix the problem with this correction tape and how it flows. it is more of a waste of money, time and headache then just waiting for the stupid liquid to dry even though that you still have to put more than one coat and shake it real well. Just so you know, bic Company I have an idea for the perfect design… But only if you're willing to pay me for it!! Lol just saying guys DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I give up! Every one I've used stops rolling out. I've tried multiple times thinking the next one would work correctly. Waste of money! I have to resort to the liquid which gets dry and lumpy if not used repeatedly. Figure out a better design, come to think of it why don't you try using your own product

Bic Wite-Out Correction Tapen USED to be good a few years ago. Bic made some changes that have made this product COMPLETELY USELESS. Firstly, Bic redesigned the PERFECTLY FINE applicator that WORKED. Now, it doesn't work at all. It's impossible to cut/sever the tape from the roll. It just will not come off! Secondly, the changed the formula for the tape itself. The wite-out portion separates from the clear tape almost instantly, and once it separates, there is no fixing it. There's—quite literally—nothing you can do to fix it. The failure is in the design. Bic should honestly be ashamed of themselves for continuing the sell this product, especially considering it is VASTLY INFERIOR to the previous design.

I've tried using this product many times over my decades of business experience. I have NEVER been able to get through even half of the tape without the reel skipping, and making it virtually impossible to continue to use the device. As someone who's been in the manufacturing industry for my entire career, I have to say that this is one of the worst designed products I've ever used.

The white and green version of the dispenser seems to have been replaced with this very bad version. The ribbon is loose an the tip hides what you are trying to correct so it's really hard to be precise. I cannot believe someone did not notice this while designing this product.

They work just fine for me. You just have to do the right pressure and do it straight across, no wiggling. I only had trouble with 1 or 2, and it was my fault for not applying the correct pressure-just carefully popped it open and rewound a bit, stuck it back together and it was good to go again. I haven't had that trouble since and I have been using them for a good decade or longer. Once I discovered these, I never went back to the liquid again. It's incredibly smooth, adherent, can write on it easily...what more can you ask for?

The most frustrating thing ever, I couldn't rewind it. And I got white out all over the place and it made a mess.

I bought the multi pack for my son's school supplies. The first time he used it too much tape came out. I had to pry it open and manually wrap around both spools( a huge nightmare!!!!) why is there no opening to fix this?????? I found another one in my house from a different manufacture and they have an opening. sorry I purchased this product for a school supply.
