One of a few clean sour creams our there in Canada....
LOVE this sour cream. No emulsifiers or thickeners (except skim milk powder if that constitutes a thickener??) All real ingredients!!
Cultured = long shelf life!
This sour cream lasts *forever* in the fridge (as long as you only use clean utensils in it). The ingredient list is short, and the live cultures work just like they do in yogurt so that it doesn't spoil easily. I've used it weeks after the best before date and it was still perfectly good unlike other brands/types.
