Tylenol 500mg
My Husband works in a Paper Mill and is always having to climb a lot and he has a lot trouble with his legs and knees caused from the type of job that he has to preform on a regular basis, he totally believes in the Tylenol 500mg caplets which do relieve his pain.

The most effective
Tylenol extra strength is the most effective for my tension headaches and my muscle aches. I don't get any side effects. Tylenol works better for me than the generic but is pricey.
Best product
This is the only thing that helps relieve my headaches. It's very effective and safe to use as long as you don't over use. The ingredients are not a problem as far is I know and hardly as side effects from my experience.
For relieving fevers and pains
It's helped me with just about all of the above. Everyone should have this in their to go bag so it's handy when you leave home just in case it's needed.
You need relief this will help
If you need to get ride of a headache this works effectively. It's in a safety container the ingredients won't hurt your stomach so no side effects and dosage is right for everyone.
Pain be good
Good for pain relief. It brings more of an overall relief but sometimes doesn't target the pain as well as needed. Extra strength lets you only have to to take on pill which is nice. Overall works well.
Not my fav.
Tylenol is normally not what I go to at first unless I have a fever, which is rare... Tylenol just doesn't take the pain away for me... not even the extra strength version.

This has been my go to choice for minor pain since I was a teen, and still is in my 40s it's great how many types of options they have like quick release and different coatings
Tylenol is a must have
I use this all of the time! It works well on nagging tension headaches as well as for aches/pains caused from having arthritis or from just getting older.
Works great!
I love Tylenol. It works so great for my back pain. I love that they have the extra strength option for when it's hurting more than normal. I love the coating and it's easy on my stomach so I don't have any side effects! it's really great product & Tylenol is a brand I trust and I have been taking for minor aches and pains as long as I can remember, and even as a child, my mother would give me children's Tylenol. So I definitely recommend extra strength, Tylenol 
It works
I use to only use another brand until I learned it was bad o your kidneys. I switched to Tylenol and have not looked back. This works to stop persistent headaches.
