What happened????
I used to love this. Now it is at least half hard hulls by volume. Inedible. Need a separate bowl to toss the hulls. So disappointed. It used to be so good, and not overly salty which I appreciated.

New recipe, no thank you
I have been a long time supporter of Boomchickapop. I've used it to help diet for many years, in total I have lost 120 pounds because of this popcorn. However with this new recipe, it's a completely different popcorn. Way saltier, a weird powder that coats it, and no longer has a buttery taste, it's a taste I can't even describe. I unfortunately have no choice but to move to skinny pop… goodbye boomchickapop… let me know when you go back to the basics. Love you always. But you need to change your ways.
New Recipe is less healthy
We are SO disappointed with the new recipe for the Sea Salt Version made with avocado oil. It seems to be higher in fat and the sodium has really increased. We always bought this because we must eat low sodium and the taste was just right. But now it tastes too salty and it contains too much salt to be our go-to daily snack. We won't be buying this in the future.
Great snack
Tastes like fresh popcorn. Would be great to have with a movie. Apples, peanut butter and Boom Chicka Pop make a great snack. Makes a great healthy portable option.

Avocado oil allergy
I am allergic to avocado. Now I know why this popcorn made me ill. Please change your packaging to reflect the actual oil used. I had presumed it was sunflower oil when it said "vegetable oil". Please change back to the original recipe, or at least, change your product ingredients label.
Awful with avocado oil
New taste is awful. Ate the old version regularly for years, and you just lost a customer switching the flavor.
Delicious, easy snack!
This is always in our pantry for a quick snack for the kids or us! It tastes great and is consistent from bag to bag. Will keep purchasing.
Angie's Boomchickapop
Angie's Boomchickapop Sea Salt is a nice alternative to chips when you feel like having a salty snack. Good flavour and texture, although there seemed to be more loose husks in the bag than some other popcorn I have had.

I bought Angie's Boomchickapop Gluten free Non GMO Sea salt vegan popcorn to see if being gluten free and non GMO effected the popcorn taste. I would highly recommend Angie's Boomchickapop gluten free non GMO sea salt popcorn. It is a great snack or treat replacement, has great taste and fills dietary issues or preferences of gluten free and non GMO.
