They're Not My Preference, but They Very Well Could Be Yours

So, to be honest I am pretty indifferent with my experience using YouTheory's Collagen Liquid. I've only used it for two weeks so I haven't seen any major changes or improvements. I started thinking maybe some of my forehead lines were fading and getting less deep, but I can't say that for sure. For... some reason my forehead lines seem to fluxuate from time to time on their own; weird I know. I will say I didn't have any adverse reactions though, so that's a plus. In terms of convenience and usability I'd say that's more of a personal preference type thing. These are individual shots of liquid collagen. They come in pocket sized plastic containers with easy to open tops. They really are a convenient size for a purse, jacket pocket, desk drawer, etc. For me I take a lot of daily vitamins and supplements so it's much more convenient to just take a collagen pill amongst the pills I'm already taking then to sip on the pouch in addition to my pills. I suppose if you're a tea or coffee person maybe you could throw it in that, but you'd want to make sure you drank it all and it will flavor whatever you're drinking; just stuff to consider. If you don't already take other daily vitamins, supplements, or pills then this may be the most convenient option for you. Also, many people can't swallow pills, even as adults, so then this would definitely be the best option. I'll leave the convenience assessment up to you. In terms of taste it was fine. It's a little intense at first sip, just strong flavor, but nothing bad, you do get used to it as you're sipping though. For me the flavor is too strong to just shoot all at once so I have to sip at it, which I'm not a fan of; there's other things I could be doing with that time. If you don't mind sipping at something for a while or you're not super sensitive to intense flavors and think you could just do one in a single shot then maybe it'll be totally painless for you; metaphorically speaking of course. They're said to include Verisol collagen and contain 5,000 mg of high quality, hydrolyzed collagen peptides and 18 new tissue forming amino acids. They're Non-GMO, sugar free, gluten free, soy and dairy free. For those new to taking collagen, it's something we naturally lose with age and the loss of it can greatly affect our looks over time. Adding collagen to your daily supplements can greatly benefit your skin, hair, and nails. These help to replenish the collagen we lose throughout our aging process so for most of us, especially females, it's something we want to be taking and this combination seems to be safe for almost everyone to take; I can only see that as a plus. Overall I think they are fine. I don't think they are the best form of collagen for me personally, but I do think they are great for many out there. They are small, portable, easy to use, and taste good. Depending on your lifestyle, preferences, and needs they may be a great fit for you and your daily routine.
