Didn't work
I had a really congested chest, heard great things about this product, but it actually just made things worse. I couldn't cough, or break any of the mucus up.

DOES NOT WORK
Bought this exact product a few months ago I have been sick twice, I specifically bought it for my sore throat, I was coughing and my throat hurt when I swallow. IT DID NOTHING. DOES NOT WORK. I took it multiple times to make sure and nope every time I was disappointed and still in pain. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS ! I suggest the extra strength All-in-one, works everytime.

Not for the elderly
I gave my mom this medications. She took 10 mls every 6 hours. She took a total of 3 doses and ended up on the floor for almost 5 hours as she is 80 and couldn't get up. She felt faint/lightheaded. Happy her hip replacement stayed intact and didn't end up with Rhabdo. The kind I used was with "warming sensation". I'm 99% sure it was due to this. I should have stuck with a one ingredient cough suppressant but due to the shortage this was the only bottle available at Walmart.
Benylin Product downsizing ?
I bought a bottle of Benylin Extra Strength cough and chest congestion syrup in the 250 ml size a while ago. When I sent one of my daughters to buy me another bottle, she came back with a 180 ml size bottle. As the ad on this website indicates the sizes produced are 100 and 250 ml, I suspect the 180 ml size bottle they bought is a downsized version of the former 250 size bottle. I do not have the price comparison of the former 250 ml bottle and the new 180 ml size but suspect the 250 ml size product is the new "big" size as same price as the 250 ml bottle or even more. It is sad to see such a long time Canadian fine product do this.
