To use, Adults and children 12 years and older, take 1-2 daytime tablets every 4 hours as needed. Do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours.

Have been using this medication for well over 30yrs .It is the only medication that helps with my sinus congestion and gives me relief. Works greatl when I have to fly I take two capsules just before I get on the plane and it helps greatly with the cabin pressure.

What exactly is it supposed to do?
Due to deadlines, work stops for no one. I took this in order to keep functioning. Absolutely no change 1 1/2 hours later. If anything, I am worse. Total waste and I can't take anything else now until this clears my system. Frustrating.

Scary reaction
Within an hour of taking one tablet a few weeks ago I started to feel increasingly unwell and recognized signs of high blood pressure which I had previously experienced when pregnant (18yrs ago). I checked my vitals and my BP & HR were both elevated 154/95 BP & 130 HR with chest pains and general weakness/feeling unwell. Thankfully a visit to the ER did not show any signs of Heart attack and ecg & bloodwork appeared normal thankfully it did not lead to anything more serious but this was a very unusual occurrence which I've never experienced before with any acetaminophen/sinus/decongestant/antihistamine products.
Worked fast and well
I purchased the nighttime extra strength sinus Tylenol, it worked quickly clearing my plugged nose and lasted until morning , definitely recommend.
Does what it's supposed to
I feel that the majority of the 1 star reviews on this product have confused it with cold products. I get sinus headaches regularly and this is one of the few products that provides any sort of relief for the pressure. Take a night tablet before bed and, not only will you actually sleep, but the headache is full gone by morning.

tylenol.ca/I purchased a tylenol name because i thought it would be much better than the ibuprofen for cold and sinus. Woke up this morning with a massive sinus headache took two pills at 9:00 a.m. and my headache is still not gone it is now 2pm

tylenol.ca/Bought these instead of home store brand thinking the brand name Tylenol would ensure better relief. I took these and hour and half ago and nothing has changed. I chose extra strength thinking it would be even more effective but no, still clogged up, can't breathe and still have sinus pressure and pain. Waste of extra money spent on the Tylenol name.
No Relief

tylenol.ca/I took this for my sinus pain and pressure and stuffy nose. It didn't do a single thing for me. I felt the same if not worse after I took it. I was left with no relief and I wasted my money. I would have been better off just not taking anything. Really disappointed in this product.
Why are both pills green?

tylenol.ca/Both the day and night pills are green. How could tylenol not see a possible problem with this? Especially when all the rest of their night pills are blue. Accidentally took the night time pills and had a bad reaction. I had to call in to work and embarrassingly explain that I took the night pills and could hardly keep my eyes open, and that it certainly wasnt safe for me to drive to work. Cost me a days wages. I'm still furious about this.

tylenol.ca/Usually Tylenol is my go-to for anything else, so of course I grabbed Tylenol Sinus when my sinus' were congested/ blocked. Disappointed to say I've given them a fair chance, and found zero symptoms got better. Rip off for sure.
