This product was great. The cooling relief after a long day at work was just what I needed. The only hiccup I found was putting it on. EXTREME BURING - HORRIBLE PRODUCT
My neck has been extremely sore. I had mentioned this to a friend and they gave me this product. It's hour 3 of excruciating burning sensation. I've tried cold compress soap and water olive oil and nothing works. I'm going to try and hold out going to ER but I don't know how much more I can take. Do...

Do not buy. Save yourself
This is my first time ever using icy hot. I applied to my shoulders and neck area. An hour later, it was followed with a red hot burning sensation. I tried every home remedy to wash it off, and I still kept feeling a burning sensation. My doctor was called in order to save me from this allergic reaction. I am hoping I do not experience a chemical burn. Do not buy this. it is not worth your time.
Chemical Burn and Still in Pain
I used the Icy Hot Roll-On and it burnt my back. I immediately washed it off once I felt severe pain. It blistered after I washed the chemicals off. It was extremely painful. So now I have severe muscle pain and burnt skin. This is a terrible and dangerous product!
so convenient
As someone who leads an active lifestyle and frequently deals with muscle aches and pains, I decided to give the Icy Hot No Mess applicator a try. I love this icy hot roll on! I've had problems with pain in my back for a while and I like that I don't have to get it all over my hands and can just roll it on! It totally numbs the pain. The scent is just minty it's not bad at all.
No more pain
I will repurchase this forever till i die lol. I get neck pain frequently from sleeping. I use this probably 3-5 times a week. My hubby use it for his knee. No smell at all.
Must have for yard work
I've depended on icyhot as long as I can remember. I use it after playing sports and after doing yard work and home. The scent is strong, but love the tube applicator and creamy texture.
No touch, just roll on
Love that there is a roll on I can use for my sore muscles. Perfect to use before or after a workout to ease any discomfort. Easy to use, just roll on and it absorbs quickly. It still has the original Icy Hot smell, which I actually like. I love that I don't have to touch the actual medicine and don't have to wash my hands over and over. Also very affordable and works every time

i put it on and it helped a little bit but then it got really hot and my skin started to bubble and get red like blood red. use at your own risk.

Use this product many times and no issue but tonight my boyfriend on the back of his neck and received really bad burns and redness for many hours. If there is a lawsuit we want in.
