One a Day Tastes aweful
Picked this one for the contents and balanced profile, but cannot take it because of the terrible after taste. Gummies are my choice for convenience but this one I had to throw away after the first try.

Easy to take and tastes pretty good. You may feel a little more energy, not sure if they do more for overall health, but willing try them for the price.

Easy to chew, swallow men's complete multivitamin. Nice tasting. Only negative thing is you have to take a couple a day to get your full dose. Not one a day.
