Taking It For Now Till The Next Blood Test
I was a bit apprehensive at first based on some negative reviews of insomnia or smell. But I wanted to try this from my regular Omega-3 as this one has CoQ10 which accordingly improves more the heart function. So in the first few weeks, I did have some sort of insomnia or maybe it was just in my mind. Then the insomnia disappeared, so I'm glad it was gone before I decide to stop taking it. Also, there's no fishy smell or after taste or when "burping". Now I have to wait for my next blood test if it REALLY helped with my cholesterol level. If there's no difference, I might just go back to the regular Webber Omega-3 which is considerably cheaper.
Coq10 not for everyone!
Coq10 not made for everyone, disrupt my sleeping habits and after had to stop to be back to normal sleeping! Had to try it to know but no good for me,...
Fishy burps
I was so excited to find the omega/coq10 combo and the promise of no fishy burps! Alas, the claim does not hold true for me. Fishy burps after taking the first one.
