Canadian Cove Pei Mussels
These mussels are amazingly great! So yummy, and you can eat as many as you like. They are non fattening and have a lot of good nutrients in them. Just boil them in a small amount of water, white wine or broth for a short period of time and revel in their sweet goodness. I make clam spaghettini and add the mussels. You can just have them with a good bread or even nothing al all. I highly recommend these Pei mussels.
