I tried this binder on and it was horrrible to put on. I'm on the heavier side post partum , and I was able to put on the binders provided by the hospital a whole lot better than this one. This one seemed to roll/bunch up sooo badly and although it's very soft fabric, and more comfortable feel, the actual use for it was not there. If I could put the amazing frida fabric on the very well structured hospital binders, I think we'd have a winner.

This product has helped me so much after my c-section, I feel like I have mobility again, and feel like myself pre pregnancy!

Wearing this even for 30 minutes/day helped everything settle quicker - very much the postpartum belly band. Definitely an item to add to your PP plan

This made me feel like I was in my pre-pregnancy body again. It helped my stomach area heal after giving birth. I feel great and recommend this binder to anyone who has had a baby.

I'm about 7 months postpartum and giving this a try. I've had friends swear by an abdominal binder to help regain their core strength and shape as they retrain their muscles. I received this Frida abdominal binder as a free sample from Influenster and Frida and have loved it so far. I haven't worn it enough to notice and actual difference in my shape. I will say it's soft and not uncomfortable to wear like I was afraid it would be. It doesn't roll at the top but does roll some at the bottom area when you sit or bend to pick something up. That might also be due to my poor posture so it's making me work on that. I could notice the compression when I first put it on and couldn't feel it after a while. Then after I took it off I could tell the compression was gone. It's easy to put on and adjust and so far I'm a fan!

This binder helped alot to get the structure of my body back after giving birth. Frida baby has the best postpartum care for you and products for baby.

Very sturdy and breathable. It is pretty comfortable but alittle hard to bend and sit down but overall it's bareable for the support It provides and very easy to adjust.

I had an emergency c section so I didn't think to purchase this and I am so glad I got the opportunity to work with Frida Mom because this is a must have! Having extra support to the abdominal area is a must after birth and this binder did just that. The three straps guarantee you'll get a snug fit along your incision site. I seriously couldn't recommend this enough.

I used this product for a couple of days and was just very uncomfortable. No matter how I adjusted it, I could never get comfortable in it. I am not sure if I was using it wrong or just didn't need it.

This product was great to have and use pose c section. It helps keep you feeling secure while providing extra support as well. It is good quality.
