It reminds me of ice cream smooth and creamy, with no discernable aftertaste, which is usually my biggest issue with protein. It blends as well as any other protein I've used, and I've used various liquids (milk, almond milk, water). Don't expect it to be totally clump-free if you're stirring, but a protein shaker will get most of them out. For best results use a blender. By the way, I've blended this into smoothies and it's been delicious! Even my picky kids enjoyed it. The macros on this are perfect for me. Each serving has 30 grams of protein for only 150 calories, 2g of fat, and 3g of carbs. I will definitely be buying this again and trying other flavors to compare.

The thick texture is nice. but it is so sweet I could only drink a tiny bit. I even tried mixing it up with two tablespoons of plain dark chocolate powder, but it was still so sweet I could not taste the chocolate!
