I got this from a friend of my and it was such a relief for my headache
It worked for a migraine
I took these for a long migraine that lasted days. These Tylenol did relieve me before going for an outing. The headache came back the next day so I would say these Tylenol did their job.
Simple and fast acting
It's Tylenol so it's reliable it's quick it's easy works really well cuz I keep it in the car for after my athletic events when I need it. It is also fairly fast acting so if I feel a migraine or a headache coming on that needs that little extra, this is what I use.
Tylenol ultra with caffeine
I got these Tylenol ultra with caffeine to try. I usually use another brand of pain relief but this one sounded like something I could work with. I routinely get migraines and have various aches and pains that I need to control. The addition of caffeine is a bonus for me since I am trying to slow down on drinking it but with these I still get the benefits of it my system to help control the migraines.
Works fast and efficient
I received this as an exchange for my honest review. I had a huge headache and instantly felt relieved and pressure taken off within 30 minutes of taking the tylenol. Will be purchasing again in the near future.

Excellent pain reliever
Very nice tablet. I usually use to have Morton for pain relief. But when I got this I tried this one & it was doing wonders. Very my satisfied . Definitely recommend this product.
Quick & Fast Acting
I'm a mother of a very hyper 4 year old boy.My days are long and can be tough on the head..I tired other brand names for my headaches but I found they took forever to work.When I got my sample of TYLENOL® Ultra Relief I put it right to work when I had a headache it worked quick and I was surprised !! The coating made it easier to also take..I recommend it to other mothers that chase thier minis around also..
Decent product
It was a little stronger than my normal medication but it still didn't 100% take away my migraines but did take the edge off. Still waiting for a bigger migraine to pop up to see if it does anything for those ones!
Effective fast relief
Tylenol Ultra Relief is the only one I have tried that is very effective! It take away my headache in just few minutes after taking one tab. Highly recommended.
