Not Dark, Fades
Yes, it's cheap but there's a reason for it. Although it goes on somewhat dark, intensity eventually fades after a short time of wear. Not worth it, I'd rather spend a bit more for a longer lasting product!
Not waterproof at all

I really miss when essence had the pot and brush
The pen is "ok" - I use it because we don't have any other options left after essence stupidly decided to remove the option of pot & brush liner. This one get by I guess. but honestly using the pen removes so much fine precision & control...I feel like I'm 16 looking the mirror after. and that's NOT a good thing. you cannot control how much liquid is on the brush, as you can with a pot style. You have to press to get product to flow, so if you want to add over an area...no way...you'll end up removing part of what was there and making a mess. GIVE US THE POT & BRUSH BACK!! PLEASEEE!

My eyes water so I needed waterproof
This is really perfect for me cause my eyes water simply if the wind blows and my eyes are sensitive and wear contacts. I like it's affordable. I don't think it's perfect but for the price and waterproof factor it gets a perfect rating

I like how smooth it is. I do gotta layer so it can show up. Love that it is cruelty free. Low priced compared to others.
