Very convenient
I have a 19 lbs healthy male highland lynx. He receives 1 perfect portion in the morning on top of a cup of dry food, and then 10 treats on top of whatever dry food he has left late afternoon. Works out to about 450 kcals daily. We used to split cans and have to refrigerate after opening, but these ...

My cat is a fairly picky eater, even tho her main cat food is the hard Whiskas chicken food, she still refused to eat more than a mouthful of both the chicken and beef pates. Very thankful for the opportunity to sample for free so I didn't waste my money trying something new for this picky little ca...

Very convenient
I have a 19 lbs healthy male highland lynx. He receives 1 perfect portion in the morning on top of a cup of dry food, and then 10 treats on top of whatever dry food he has left late afternoon. Works out to about 450 kcals daily. We used to split cans and have to refrigerate after opening, but these are the perfect size for him. I take off and dispose of the foil wrap, bring it over to his bowl, flip it over top and give it a few taps with the handle of a dinner knife, and it slides out clean. I don't like to exclusively feed my cat wet food, so the size is perfect for single portions, and there's lots of variety of flavours.

Cats love it but.....
This is way too expensive. I wondered why my cats always seemed starved until I read that a cat needs 4 servings per 5 pounds of body weight. Going to use it as treat.
Cats love them
I have a 3 year adult cat and a 5 month old kitten. Both of them just can't get enough of these portions. The only annoying part is when the meat pate variety always sticks in the container and I have to use a spoon to get it out. Other than that love love love them and will continually buy them from now on.
My Cat came Back
Our cat Potter has had quite an interesting life. We adopted him from the humane society in 2001; the last kitten from a litter that was captured and brought in with their feral mother. The mother had been destroyed because she was untouchable, and some of that wildness still seemed to be in Potter. He fished through the bars to grab people as they passed by.... he was on "death row", and we couldn't leave him there. We brought him home, and we fed his Whiskas Kitten, and later Seafood Selection, from day one. We are a family that has moved around a great deal. Not only from house to house but town to town, city to country acreage, and province to province. Potter has been a constant for our children growing up, but we have lost him no less than three times. Once, he disappeared the day before a long distance (interprovincial) move; and we couldn't stay and wait for him. We wound up having friends retrieve him from the new house owners and we flew him on Air Canada back to us. Twice in another town a spiteful neighbour trapped Potter and ditched him out of town. Those times he was gone for first weeks, then months, but fortunately someone brought him in to the Humane Society again and we were able to get him back. He is truly a cat with nine lives; but this, his 17th year of life, I thought was the end. Potter normally gets quite plump over winter, as he doesn't care for the prairie cold. Summers are spent outdoors, hunting small game (he catches and eats voles, mice, birds and here in Alberta, even bats). Over the summer his coat is sleek, his muscles trained and strong. But this year was different. Potter didn't put on the weight he used to in the winter, and his coat (which he never cared for very well in the first place, never having had the chance to learn good grooming practices from his mother) was becoming dishevelled and matted and dry. We were very well aware of his advanced age, but we hoped he would perk up in the summer.... but he didn't. He was still eating his Whiskas dry food, and we gave him treats besides (the water from a tuna can, egg yolks, milk from your cereal bowl - these were his favourites), but he continued to lose weight. He was becoming a shadow of his former self; skinny and dirty, he was uncomfortable in his own thin skin. He would try to sit by the door, but his sore haunches wouldn't allow him to put his weight down, and he would just hunch there, still and miserable. My wife has always insisted we need to keep him on the same food, but a month ago I bought Potter some Whiskas Perfect Portions. I brought it home in the hopes I could nourish him back to health, and it has worked. The change in him is nothing short of amazing. For the first few weeks I would provide him a portion on the counter, and pick him up so he could eat it undisturbed and out of the dogs reach. Two weeks ago this routine became something Potter eagerly awaited every morning, and he began "yelling" at me as soon as I walked into the kitchen. This week, he has begun jumping on the counter himself again, in eager anticipation. His coat is cleaner, his hips have filled back in, his cantankerous attitude is back (he was hauling his 2.5 gallon self-filling water bowl across the kitchen floor again too - Potter prefers to drink water that has spilled out across the floor than drink it directly from the bowl). My cat is back; at 17 years old Whiskas Perfect Portions has given him a new lease on life! Thank you for the years we have had with Potter, Whiskas.
