No Product
I placed my order on 12 February, and the status is still showing as "waiting to be processed." I've contacted EOS multiple times and continue to receive the same automated response: "Orders typically ship out from our warehouse within 2–3 business days and are expected to arrive within 8–12 business days from fulfillment. A tracking number should be assigned within the next 24–48 hours." At this point, the lack of movement and repeated generic replies are unacceptable and reflect poorly on your business.

I just recently bought a new bottle of EOS vanilla cashmere and it is NOT the same lotion i've been using. This new lotion smells terrible like plastic. The color and texture is different and it is BURNING my dry skin. Should've known once EOS started coming out with a tom of different versions and different products that they would start to cheap out on their ingredients. Say, I will not be purchasing my favorite lotion anymore. I'm tempted to go take another shower just to get this smell off of me! :(

EOS PLEASE DON'T DISCONTINUE JASMINE PEACH
I love the jasmine peach body lotion, and I just saw someone say it's being discontinued! I'm not sure if this is true, but EOS! Please don't discontinue it. It's my absolute favorite. I live in the south where it's hot and humid, and I just can't do the gourmand scents. Fruity fresh girlies need lotion too! PLEASE KEEP JASMINE PEACH
Poor packing, damaged goods and no Refund.
I ordered a bunch of products, when I opened the box, everything was dumped with no bubble wrapping. All of the bottles were messed up, box wet, body washes spilled and pump broken. My shipping forwarder had to remove some of the items as it was a safety issue to ship, resulting in me losing products. EOS support does not want to refund me when their packing team is incompetent!

I really like this product
I absolutely love its scent and how soft it leaves my skin; it's wonderful. I highly recommend it, and it lasts a long time, which is great because I don't have to buy it so often.
