Beautiful Formula, Meh on the Staying Power

I don't usually wear and lip liner and when I do I tend to make sure it matches my natural lip color as close as I possibly can since my lips naturally are pretty well defined so I personally don't use it. But I am always willing to try new brands try new colors and see how things work because even ...if I don't use it often I still have a nice amount of lip liners Are you do use especially if it's a product it tends to feather very easily, that's usually when I use it. At first when I opened the product, I was a little concerned because it is a brown color and even when I do use some brown based lip colors, they tend to look fine and what not so I was trying to keep an open mind. The pencil itself is a lot lighter so I was really looking forward to trying it. However the color is definitely not for me and was definitely way too dark for me personally. Do you want to say that even though the color itself was dark, the pencil self is absolutely lovely. When I look for both those lip and eyeliner, the first thing I look for is how well it glides long adding color without much pressure pressing down to apply it and this just glides beautifully over my lips and skin. It needs barely any pressure to get the full color, which is a huge plus. And another thing I noticed is it does not tug whatsoever which is another big thing that I look for in a product for my lips and/or eyes. The fact that it just lives a long effortlessly and deposit a really nice amount of color without any sort of tugging whatsoever is an already amazing product in my book. I did takeoff a couple stars since the color looks like it'll be one (lighter) shade but then ends up being a lot darker than I was anticipating, but I'm still open to trying other shades of this particular product. I also took off a star because of the type of pencil it is. I personally prefer the self-sharpening retractable gel creme/kohl liners, but again, that's just me personally. I'm also not really a lip liner wearer in general, so I didn't feel like this is something I could be excited about, unfortunately. I do recommend this definitely for those that do you like a lip liner that provides a nice bold amount of color with as little effort as possible and that doesn't tug. Rimmel did a beautiful job with this one, so I'm leaving this open-minded to trying a more nude/neutral pink shade.
