I have to say that I haven't noticed a huge difference in the brightness of my teeth, however my teeth are not that yellow to begin with. It has kept my teeth bright even though I drink coffee every morning. Although I don't see a significant difference in the whiteness of my teeth overall, I think it's a good toothpaste and can be effective for someone that is looking for an easy way to brighten teeth without having to take extra steps. I really like crest as a brand and I would recommend this because I think that if you do have yellow teeth it may help brighten and help you sustain a brighter smile.
