I would reccomend this product to male or woman as it keeps wetness at bay compared to most Antiperspirants. The frangrance is strong and fresh, so I wouldn't wear any sprays with it.

My husband bought the Dove Men+Care Extra Fresh antiperspirant stick because he was trying to find an effective antiperspirant that would not mark his shirts. This one has a nice fresh scent but it did not live up to the rest of his expectations. It was not affective enough and damaged many of his shirts.

I have bought this product 3 times now. I first received a free sample in the mail and gave it to my boyfriend, who really liked it. He says that he likes the smell of it mostly because it smells like soap and he also says that it is pretty effective as an anti persperant and keeps him dry throughout the day. The price is also pretty decent. I also like that the brand is Dove. Overall I would reccomend this deodorant.
