Bisquick Gluten Free Waffles worked okay for my da
Bisquick Gluten Free Waffles worked okay for my daughter, who needs to eat gluten free. HOWEVER... my husband, who does not need to eat gluten free, had an upset stomach and diarrhea for two days after eating these waffles. When I've made baked goods with the recipe from America's Test Kitchen for gluten free flour there's not been this problem.

It is more expensive than Bob's gluten free and Krusteaz gluten free. And it does Not taste good on it's own. Thankfully I had a blueberry compote to put on pancakes. It does look nice and cook up nicely though. But the taste I can't get by. Hopefully will be able to return it to store?

I went to a mostly gluten free eating. And i use bisquick alot. So this is great.

Delicious and convenient
This is an awesome baking mix. I make pancakes and waffles frequently. The taste is phenomenal. It also makes great strawberry shortcakes for those who need to be gluten free. Simple and delicious mix.
Not impressed!
It was OK but a bit too stodgy and not much flavor. Followed all directions! Will put extra liquid in next time!
Great baking ingredient!
I like this pancake mix because it's easy to use, doesn't need additional ingredients and it's gluten free. I also like the fact that I can make other things with it besides pancakes and waffles.
Nearly the same as regular Bisquick
I've been a bit fan of Bisquick since I was a teenager. (We are trying gluten free options since we have a friend who cannot have gluten.) The taste of the biscuits we made was the same as regular Bisquick. The only difference was the texture. These biscuits were just a bit more grainy than regular ones. It's not enough of a difference to prevent us from usthis mix again. I definitely recommend this product!
