I've worn it to sleep a couple of times (yes I know I shouldn't do that I work late so sometimes I don't take off my makeup) but after sleeping in this mascara & going to curl my lashes a clump of them from each eye broken off. I've never had any mascara cause my lashes to do that.

I bought your Extreme Volume and Length mascara and wasn't pleased with it. I bought this instead, and I'm more than pleased! It's a dupe of a famous one by a famous higher end brand. I applied some when I came home after my walk, and I had volume and length to spare. I love how it's buildable, and you get plenty in the tube. Plus, the tube is purple, which is my favorite color. The color alone sold me, and I'm impressed. I will be buying this from now on because it draws attention to my lashes, and my lashes are short, sparse, and barely there. This fattened them up, and even lengthened them. When I removed it, I wasn't sure if I was wearing mascara a few minutes ago. Go out and buy this now because this stuff doesn't disappoint.

I've used other mascara from this brand but I do NOT like this one. It's goopy, sticky, and almost impossible to to remove. I won't buy it again and I'll stick with the princess type.

Tried this several times. Worse mascara I have ever used. Glops on, Then flakes within an hour; all over face it flakes. HORRIBLE!

I purchased this product at a retail store as a quick pick because of the affordable price. I was expecting your basic mascara that coats and colors lashes. I thought I'd get a formula that would smudge after a few hours. I was so wrong!! This stuff coats EVERY lash!! volumizes++ lengthens ++ defines and does not clump even after applying three coats. Results that I only get from the expensive designer brands. My new go to!! Just remember for best results use the twisting and zig-zagging application technique!

This rating may change as mascaras tend to apply differently once the initial wetness of a full tube dissipates a bit. Eventually it gained some volume after several coats. Love the twisted brush shape, it combs out clumps while applying. Seems decently smudge resistant.

I bought this about 2 months ago and it's the BEST MASCARA EVER!!! Ot makes my eyelashes look amazing and all I want now is a waterproof version!!!

As someone who loves to try new releases from Essence, ESPECIALLY from their mascara range, I don't feel this hits the mark for me. I feel the culprit is the brush and how it applies the mascara. I find it makes my lashes look very short/spidery. I will say that I will continue to use their other mascaras as they've made some truly amazing ones.

Best mascara I've tried! Not clumpy and applies super smoothly. Cant recommend more :)
