I have been using this conditioner ever since they discontinued "honey I'm strong conditioner" in all stores here in Sydney, NS unfortunately (I So Miss it) "Color me happy" is a beautiful product that leaves my hair soft & smells great however I do miss the "honey I'm strong" it was the best !!! 150%

I bought this shampoo by accident but used it as I already bought it and love the fact that it didn't strip my hair that wasn't colored and it left my hair feeling great!

I've used "Color Me Happy" for twenty years at least. Recently I bought a new bottle and after using it 3 times, I threw it in the trash. It makes my scalp feel greasy and clogs the pores in my scalp causing it to itch. I never had a problem with the old formula. It cleansed really well. Shame on Herbal Essence for ruining a perfectly good product. I'm no longer a customer.

The Herbal Essences Color Me Happy products are currently advertised online as "Luxurious notes of Moroccan rose essences". Even the bottle has rose graphics on it. Does it smell even remotely like rose? No. Recently, in contact with three Herbal Essences reps, they all confirmed bottle CONTENTS were changed to a very fruity scent but not the bottle label or the website. As emailed to me/cut-&-paste: (Daniel) "These were recent updates and they might not be updated on the website at all. However, the information I'm providing you is accurate. I have confirmed that the scent for the Color Me Happy is fruity: Natural essences of lemon and grapefruit intertwined with bergamot, peach, and apple." So why does the bottle still have roses on it and the website still state that "Color Me Happy" is Moroccan Rose? Ask Herbal Essences and Proctor & Gamble. The response is mind-boggling.

I have used Color Me Happy Shampoo with great results for many years. Had to start using the new formula in February 2021, due to original formula being unavailable. My hair is now dried out, dull and thinner, which my beautician has noticed. A friend that I had not seen in several months noticed this as well. Please change it back to the original formula. I don't need body wash in my shampoo!

I've come to this page in the midst of once again shopping online for a new shampoo and conditioner after having loyally used Herbal Essence Color Me Happy for many years. A while back I restocked and immediately noticed the color of the conditioner was a bit different, a bit darker. When I squeezed some out, it was a bit thinner and less creamy. Running it through my hair is where the real problems were, though. The silky, detangling, smoothing effects that I've come to love and rely on in this conditioner were not longer there. It felt so watered down and drying. I have no idea why a company would change a formula and keep the same label and name, it is no longer the same shampoo and conditioner! Months later I'm still looking for a suitable replacement and have not had any luck.

Why did you change to shampoo and body wash? My body and my hair have different needs. I will not ever buy this product until you Change it back. Supporter for more years than I can count, but count me out until shampoo becomes shampoo again.

I used the old shampoo for years and was very satisfied. The company changed the shampoo formula, this one leaves my hair greasy And it also dries my scalp. I have to find another shampoo.
