I recommend this shampoo
Good shampoo, has a nice texture, washes hair well, after you get a wow effect, soft, silky hair, with volume, has a nice shine. I like the shape, easy to wash . Attractive style, now it's my favorite shampoo.
Extremely hair drying products
I used this conditioner along with the Color Assure shampoo. The shampoo was VERY drying and tangling to my hair, the conditioner didn't help at all to resolve it. Even the color seems duller after using this system. YIKES!!
If you want DRY FRIZZY hair..
This shampoo is awful. Right after applying, the hair was tangled and frizzy. The conditioner did not help at all. Even the hair color got duller.... Yikes!
Horrible product
Worst shampoo ever! Leaves a thick white film on your hair. So disappointing.
Great shampoo!
I have been using this shampoo for a year now as I switch off and on from different brands to help hair growth and remove build up. I would have to say this shampoo is the only one I love so far! My hair has grown and looks more healthier since my hysterectomy 6 years ago as my body hair and skin changed drastically! Would highly recommend this shampoo and conditioner. Recommend 10 of 10 and it worth it a try!!!
Proteins for Colored hair
I like this shampoo for my colored hair. It's packed with proteins to bring dull hair back to life. It makes my colored hair last longer. It lathers great and smells great.
Not my usual Nexxus experience
I've used Nexxus for YEARS, and I've always loved it. This shampoo, however, is an anomaly. I don't care for the scent, it didn't lather, my hair was dried out and straw-like, and I didn't notice any color protection. I will not purchase this again.
Not my typical Nexxus experience
I actually tried the 13.5 oz, which isn't listed. I've used Nexxus most of my life and have had few complaints. However, I'm not a fan of Color Assure and won't purchase again. The conditioner didn't leave my hair feeling soft and healthy, as one would expect a conditioner to do. Instead, it felt very dry. It didn't keep my color vibrant either.
Skin reaction to new formula
I've been using Nexxus Color Assure shampoo and conditioner for a couple years and have loved it. The most recent bottle of conditioner I purchased smells different and caused me to develop a rash on my face and neck where my wet hair was touching. I checked the ingredients against my old bottle and they are different. I wish the formula had not been changed as I can no longer use this product. Very disappointed.
