You give the dosage in teaspoons or grams. It should be teaspoons or ml to make any sense.Even worse, your website and the package instructions give different weights for the same number of teaspoons.

I've been adding this powder to my morning smoothies and have seen a big difference. Not only has my digestive system regulated immensely, but I am no longer hungry before lunch. It is simply additional fibres that helps with irregularity. But I was really surprized to see that it can also be used to lower cholesterol and even to temporarily suppress appetite when taken prior to a meal. This product can easily be incorporated into a healthy diet. Although, it has to be taken on a regular basis to increase the benefits.
