Work fairly well for roasting over firepit
These are actually fairly decent roasting forks. They extend enough length to keep a person from getting burned if roasting over a larger fire. These are not sturdy enough when fully extended to hold something heavier, such as a large potato over a fire. We found these work well for roasting wieners, smokies, marshmallows, etc. If children and/or pets are present while using these forks, supervision is definitely advisable as these could cause a serious injury.
