The foundation brushes are dense and so easy to use..they make foundation application seamless..the small concealer brush is perfect for blending concealer under the eyes ,,the square brush is a bit fiddly to use on brows but once you get the hang of it..its perfect

This has become a go to for me. Not a fan of square brushes like the concealer brush provided here, but I still use it from time to time. It's a good base set as the name suggests. At times they can be a pain to clean, but they are good value as a starter set.

These brushes make application and blending simple and quick. They're comfortable to hold and easy to clean. I also didn't experience any issues with bristles coming out after washing as I did with the brushes I'd used prior from another brand.

I love real techniques brushes & sponges the best ever , when you clean them they dont shead like more afforable brushes do , this is why theyre my favorites including the beauty sponges as well & i didnt meantion theyre also soft too

Been using this for the past couple of weeks and can say it's a solid set of brushes! Super versatile set regardless of how much/little you use makeup. I know Real Techniques has a couple of other kits that could act as a better starter set, but this one is also pretty good if starting. Hoping that it lasts long term! My other Real Techniques sets have lasted relatively long and have had a great lifespan, so hoping for the same here.

I'm very impressed with the quality of these brushes! This is the perfect brush set for achieving a flawless look with your foundation. There are four brushes in the set. The Ultra Buff Brush gives the right amount of coverage while still looking natural. It blends my foundation perfectly and the corners allow me to easily reach all areas of my face. The Concealer Brush is just the perfect shape and size for covering blemishes. The Flat Contour Brush helps me create definition and the Setting Brush is ideal for powder application. Each of the brushes are soft and fluffy and they're so easy to use and feel great on my skin. If you're looking for a new face brush set I would definitely recommend this one!

These brushes are so awesome and they are super soft and help blend your makeup like a dream. They are so soft on the skin and leave not brush strokes behind. I love Real Techniques I love this brand so much.

As a fan of Real Techniques I was stoked to check out the Face Base set of brushes. All of the brushes have solid construction. The 256 does a great job of buffing foundation and concealer to a flawless finish. The 258 contour brush is the perfect shape and does a fabulous job. The 402 powder brush is perfectly functional but nothing special. Then we get to my least favorite... the 257 concealer brush just doesn't work well for me. It is good for placing concealer but if you are trying to blend it out, you will have a bit of a challenge. It is just a little to short and stiff for me.

Real Techniques Face Base Makeup Brush Kit, 4 Piece Set is another great set of multi-use makeup brushes for your complexion. They are soft and great for every day use and help me to apply my makeup with ease. The brushes are soft and plush with lightweight, comfortable handles. They last for a while before needing to be replaced too. I use the RT 256 Ultra Buff brush to apply my foundation. The RT 402 Setting brush to apply my powder. The RT 257 Small Conceal brush under my eyes to blend in concealer. And the RT 258 Flat Contour brush to do a little contouring.

Per usual, all of the brushes were soft and applied product beautifully. These are good to use for your base products like foundation and concealer. This is a great starter kit for beginners. Definitely worth checking out.
