I bought these refills expecting them to fit on my regular Venus razor. It's very frustrating that they do not, all the others do, and it's not written on the box otherwise.

Usual razor heads still do a better job for me personally. Doesn't give a closer shave

Saw these on sale, and read the package no where it says you need a different razor. So I safely assumed it would fit my Gillette Venus razor. They didnt sell the razor by itself, just only the blades. Get home and it doesn't fit on any of my razors. Can't return it since I opened the box. Very frustrating, to only read up on the reviews here complaining the same problem.

I am sorry but this does not work!! It seemed like the white plastic piece in the center prevent the blades from working like they are suppose to.

Best shave ive ever had. Paired with the dove body scrub and billie shave cream. I have super sensitive skin and eczema. Along with that, I have thick and textured pubic hair. I didn't get any nicks or cuts or razor burn. It didn't burn when I put on my post shave products, and It didn't burn to go against the grain either! It has a smaller head, making it great for the small and hard to reach places. I also struggle with shaving my skins. I always get cut there. No matter what I do. But with this razor??? No cuts!! Definitely recommend this razor!! Better than any other razor ive tried!

Make it clear you need a special handle for these! Very frustrating!!!!

I bought the refill cartridges for this item, and nowhere on the box does it state that the cartridges for this item attach to a completely different type of handle than all the rest of the Gillette Venus razors. The box just says it is a cartridge for pubic hair and skin and contains 4 cartridges, it doesn't even state that the cartridges are for a specific razor type. The box is opaque and there is not even a visual of what the attachment looks like. All the other razor types are interchangeable with the same handle, so I do not think it was unreasonable to think these cartridges would work with it, since the box just says it is a Gillette Venus cartridge for pubic hair and skin. So, I could not use it, because it did not attach to my handle.

Please don't call it Venus if it doesn't fit on the Venus handle I already own. OR Please state anywhere on the packaging that it requires a separate handle. This was not stated anywhere on the cartridge packaging that I could see. Now I have to call… Disappointed in losing someone of my time, money and trust with all this. Be Better Gillette

So incredibly disappointing from a brand that i swore by since i started shaving. At one point i even switched to the BIC soliel razors to try something different and found out immediately that their handles and blades were not interchangeable in the way Venus products were and swore off buying their products since. I have felt confident buying Venus products for years traveling internationally knowing that they were a reliable quality product, but this has put me off to a massive degree. It is not "confusion" as customer service wants to state, when your brand's marketing has built up a customer base for years on the promise of Venus being a interchangeable product and then you smack the Venus label on a product that IS NOT VENUS. Call is something else maybe "Uranus" that would suit the marketing for it.

I wish I could give this razor a zero! It did not cut anything!! I literally was sitting there shaving my private area forever and ended up using a disposable razor and it was full of hair it didn't cut!! Do not recommend this razor at all. I wasted my money on it hoping it would work
